Morina has said she should not downplay the work being done in the war crimes department, and that such comments are not good for the public and institutions.

If you follow us over and over again and this is not about the prosecutor's salary, it's about the will, the job and the profession that we do, which is not a salary issue, so I don't know why this should be downplayed by all of this possible action being done in this department with such a comment”, said Morina”, stated Morina.

According to him, if the cases were not addressed 20 years ago and now the whole burden is not fair.

Morina has announced that during the past year P The SRK has filed 15 counts against 81 people for war crimes.

“Special Procurory only during 2023 has filed 15 charges against 81 persons”, Morina stressed.

Meanwhile, Morina has reported that for sexual violence from 2019 there are 77 cases, of them on six occasions, charges have been filed, 21 cases have ceased investigations, and 50 cases are still at work.
