US Secretary of State Antony Blinken told Ukrainian President Voldymyr Zelensky during a trip to Kiev on Tuesday that additional US aid is under way.

Blinken's trip is the first of a senior American official since Congress approved a $61 billion bailout package last month. Outgoing Kiev troops are fighting a new Russian offensive in the northeast, as well as attacks to the east, Reuters writes.
