Former Ambassador Silas Ukshini has said dialogue with Serbia is on status-quo and the same, according to him, “deges on deathbed”.
On the “Five” show at RTV Dukagjini, Ukshin estimates that the main blame for the stagnation of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia is the European Union.
According to him, the EU's approach to Kosovo has been unbalanized.
“There should be no choice to be held because the dialogue has been in status-quo for 4-5 years, and in a symbolic way I say it lies on the bed of death, it works artificially, and Lajcak can be praised and at the end has done a great job that has opened a big job, so that's the balance of his work, dialogue has not walked, and I think the main culprits are the EU. The approach he made to Kosovo repeatedly has been unbalanced and asymmetrical”, he said.
He says the Constitutional Court has not rejected Association.
The Constitutional Court's decision should be taken to read and see what it said, because the Constitution has not thrown Association down into some articles, to correct them. It is a strong point in which the statute can be built. At the point 3 of the April 19, 2013, agreement clearly states: The association will have structure...”, he says.
