The “Justice Trust “has falsely reported on the Prosecution's report to the two defendants on the 18-year-old murder in Podujevo.
On January 2024, 18-year-old L.F. had died at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo in Pristina. The prosecution, originally initiated as “attempted assassination”, and then respelled to “grave murder”. The clash between the victim and two minors had occurred on January 15th.
According to the prosecution, the two minors had hit the 18-year-old man with a stick, causing bodily injury, with the result of these injuries taken, the victim had been sent to KKUKUK.
Otherwise, Pristina Constitutional Prosecutors on March 25, 2024 had compiled the proposal to pronounce prison sentences for minors, against two minors for criminal work “grave homicide” by Article 173, par.1, points.1.4 and 1.8 concerning Article 31 of the Penal Code.
