After the media's great interest, Special Prosecutor, announces the public opinion that, at the invitation of this prosecutor, Roseta Hajdari, Minister at the Ministry of Industry, Intervention and Trade, appeared at the Special Prosecutor's Office to be interviewed in the quality of the defendant, under suspicion that he has carried out the criminal work of formal office or authority, by Article 414 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code, concerning state reserves”, the prosecution's announcement reported.
Hajdari has used her right to defend herself quietly.
“Well, the same today has not been declared, and as the Criminal Procedure Code envisions, it has used the right to defend in silence”, it is suggested in the announcement.
