Minister Hajdari has been invited to the Prosecutor over the state reserve scandal, reports Front Online.
At the time of pandemic, MINT allegedly ordered several goods for state reserve under one-man-book contracts, yet a large amount of them had not achieved.
The word was flour, sugar, and oil.
Including was the owner of the restaurant "Buch and Honey," Ridvan Muharremi.
In audio recordings, MINT officials confirmed that the goods had not come, and the value was thousands of euros.
The Special Prosecutor had taken action by arresting three people.
“At the order of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK), Kosovo Police Special Investigation Unit has implemented today raids at various locations in Pristina, where three (3) people with the initial R.M. have been arrested. H.G. and I. L.
“Special Prosecutor announces public opinion that the three persons arrested, R.M. H.G. and I.L. Suspected of acts of use of official duty, as well as granting assistance in carrying out the criminal act of Misusing official duty.” ) Says among other things in notice.
After all three were assigned custody, the Court of Appeals annulled the verdict and released those arrested.
