The former president of the Spanish Football Federation, Luis Rubiles, is being investigated by the Majadahanda Court 4 for money laundering crimes, corruption in business, unjust management and membership in criminal organisation.
Rubyales denies accusations and replicates everything that has been said about him.
However, the court is expected to make the decision after hearing Rubial's statements as well.
