From NASA declared today that they will launch three Black Brandt IX missiles during a launch window opening at 2:40 p.m. on April 8th.
They are assigned to the mission around the Eclipse Road.
“Starting approximately 45 minutes before, during and after the local peak eclipse, the tingling missiles The EPEP will study how the upper atmosphere of the Earth is affected when sunlight fades for a moment over a part of the planet”, NASA said in a statement. “The targeted launching costs for the three missiles are 2:40 pm, 15:20 and 16:05, but may be subject to change”.
Missiles will be launched from NASA's launch area at Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia.
The launch will be broadcast live on YouTube.
NASA said the public would be invited to the Wallops Visitor Centre on 8 April for the launch and partial eclipse.
If the weather co-operates, NASA said, missile concessions may be visible in the middle Atlantic region.
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration warns people who plan to see eclipses, to wear solar safety glasses, or <x0-seconds, ”, and never to look at the sun without eye protection.
According to NASA, the moon will block 81.4% of sunlight in the local eclipse at 3:23 p.m. and end at 16:34. /insef
