On January 20th, 2024, 18-year-old Lulzim Feyzullahu had died at the University Clinical Centre in Pristina.
The prosecution, originally initiated as “attempted assassination”, and then respelled to “grave murder”. The clash between the victim and two minors had occurred on January 15th.
After the closed media hearing, the lawyer of the damaged party Tome Gashi has said it is not banned from the market that there have been two witnesses, one has been questioned, while the other in the absence of accepting the invitation regularly or not has remained for the next session.

On the other hand, the attorney of the accused Skender Musa has said what happened at the hearing is prohibited and the situation has been followed by the psychologist against two minors.
