Linked to this current prime minister, Albin Kurti, has written a Facebook post saying that an agreement was signed in 2011 that violated the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, thus commenting on the process through which the implementation of the articles for “Asciation” was passed until the rule of Isa Mustafa.
“ ...an agreement was reached 11 years ago which, on the one hand, violated the Constitution of Kosovo and, on the other, was violated by Serbia...”He wrote.
Kurti said that a basic agreement has been reached last year that ensures mutual recognition, but says Serbia is insisting on two old agreements.
“... Serbia, instead of agreeing to sign last year's Basic Agreement reached in Brussels, where it has Article 7, is insisting on and seeking those two 2013 and 2015 agreements that constitute double violations. ”Kurt wrote. /Periscope
