The State Police in Kukes have arrested a 39-year-old who allegedly sexually violated his wife, but has also sexually harassed their two minor daughters.
As police reports, during the search of his apartment, 14 detonator caps, two fireballs were found, 1 guarantee hand offensives and 5 automatic combs.
“In the application of measures of the operational plan code-named law enforcement, as well as with support of information provided by police intelligence, experts investigating the crimes of the Kukes Police Commissioner arrested a citizen Q. D., 39, resident of Kukes, after allegedly psychologically assaulting his wife and sexually molesting their two minor daughters”, State Police reported.
Procedural materials, according to police, passed on to the Prosecutor's Court of the First Stair of the General Jurydiction Kukes for further actions.
