The court is holding four young men in prison charged with the 18-year-old Aurelio Dervisi murder. The young man was stabbed to death Sunday night at the school district.
The defence has demanded a 30-day measure until the clarification of which of the four young people has hit the 18-year-old, but the request has been dropped, writes Euronews.al.
The four accused are three minors aged 16 and 15, as well as a 20-year-old.
The accused clashed with the 18-year-old as he stepped out of his vehicle. At one point during the 18-year-old fight, he was stabbed in the chest and unable to survive the wounds he sustained while he was going to the hospital.
It is suspected that “has caused a fight” among young people to become a girl. At the time of the meeting between young people, the girl was suspected to be in the victim's vehicle.
