At the media conference before the launch of field teams for the census, Kastrati said citizens would be fined if they do not register.
Because of nightiness and migration, Kosovo is expected to have fewer populations than the 2011 census. The census will be held daily, except on Monday, which will be a day of rest. So it's a legal obligation, don't be a wish choice”, he said.
