According to the CEC, the deadline for handing in the request for accreditation of observers begins on April 1, 2024, and ends on April 15th, 2024.
The communique states that only accredited observers will be allowed access to areas where the vote is organised “For or against, the departure of mayors to municipalities: Leposaviq, Zubin Potok, Zvecan and North Mitrovica”.
