The Iranian Armed Forces General Staff and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Navy are among 13 new appointments under the United Kingdom sanctions regime.
Several Iranian military organisations, individuals and entities linked to the scare industry and ballistic missiles were involved, reports Skynews.
The American Treasury said it was appointing five companies that offer component materials for steel production for the Iranian company, Khuzstan Steel, or the purchase of ready KSC steel products.
Also targeted by the US were three branches of Iranian automaker Bahman Group, which he said had materially supported Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
Otherwise, Iran has attacked with fear and powerful missiles during Saturday's Israeli state day.
