Swiss President “Black” has made a ranking with the 15 players of the Swiss National as the best in history.
This ranking by journalists, Christian Finkbeiner and Alain Kunz, came after Granit Jaka was proclaimed champion in Bundesliga with Bayer Leverkusen, writes Express newspaper.
The midfielder from Kosovo, who is captain of Switzerland, was ranked as the best “in history”.
Jaka is the football player with the highest display of “Heltimetics” 123 total so far.
“Blic” left open the possibility to debate the 31-year ranking, asking “should national record player Granit Jaka be higher after winning the title with Leverkusen?”.
In addition to the recently won title with the German team, Jaka also numbers two titles of the Basel champion in Swiss Superleague, as well as a Swiss Cup with the same team. And four trophies with Arsenal shall he win. Two FA Cups and two England Supercups.
Kosovo's other footballer, Gerdan Shaqiri, ranked second on the list, while counting on multiple trophies in his career.
The striker from Gjilan has two championship titles in the Champions League, one with Bayern Munich and another with Liverpool. The World Cup for Club has won the Supercup of Europe and the World Cup.
The Shaqiri with the “Bavarez” also has three championship titles in Bundesliga, Germany's two Cups of a Supercup in Germany.
With Liverpool, however, there is also a champion title in Premierliga.
The 32-year-old three-year-old champion also has Basel in Switzerland's Superliga, as well as two Swiss Cups.
Shaqiri from February 2022 is part of Chicago Fire in the MLS.
“Blic” as the best player in history praised Stephanie Chapuisat.
