Begaj: Albania tasked with being Kosovo's good lawyer

Albania's president, Bajram Begaj, has said Albania is tasked with being Kosovo's good lawyer for new recognition and membership in international organisations.

Republic of Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has hosted the Albanian President Bajram Begaj at the meeting.

Albania's president, Bajram Begaj, said the two states should stick close to each other.

It's a pleasure to attend the international forum that we need to learn from history, because besides the lost lives we have to honor, there must be women raped. We should not live with the past and think about the future. They're relationships as they should be, good and brotherly, and we have an obligation to stick together next to”, Begaj said.

At the media conference, after meeting with President Osmani, Begaj said he expects Kosovo tomorrow to have a positive vote in the Council of Europe.

“Albania is tasked with being Kosovo's lawyer for new recognition and membership. I am fully hopeful that tomorrow there will be a positive vote for Kosovo, I long for our co-operation to continue and we have to respect each other's counsel to accept”, Begaj added.
