The official appointed by the CEC for the municipality of Zubin Potok, Agim Kastrati, has declared that the voting process for or against the mayor of this municipality, Izmir Zeqiri, has started on time and so far has no serious problem.

Zubin Potok's municipality would have 14 polling stations with 15 seats, considering that we also have a conditional vote, so according to the law we have only a conditional vote. We have five polling stations with 11 votes. All polling stations in this municipality are now open and ready to welcome the first voters”, Kastrati said.

Kastrati said police have also engaged in the process.

While stressing that besides some technical problems, there are no other outstanding problems.

The reduction of polling stations has to do with political issues, the schools that were supposed to be the polling centre have had obstacles, we have behind plan B and we have started working on CEC decisions”, Kastrati added.

He has said he has confidence to continue this voting process.

I feel personally very secure, I have no problem with the security issue, especially since we're here in the city facility where the police are present, but there's no evental problem in other centres, and there's no problem at this time.
