Arrest sought for guilty arrest

The Foundation Prosecutor in Ferizaj, the Department of Internal Crimes, announces the public opinion that he has sought from the Foundation Court in Ferizaj, the appointment of a 30-day detention measure to initial suspects A.G., from the municipality of Vushtria, due to suspicion of criminal acts “Fide” and “taskion” of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.

According to the prosecution, there is doubt that during 2022, the high-ranking defendant contracted a dissemination amount of property in exchange for service to the other person by exploiting his serious financial condition, in a way that injured S.B., has been commissioned to borrow money from defendant A.G., in many of the 60,000 euros for which he has paid the blame in many of the 90,000, with which he would do the penal work <x0).
