April 15th, deadline for application for voter access

The Central Election Commission has indicated that the deadline has begun to submit the request to be accredited for monitoring the voting process for or against the departure of the mayors of Leposavic, Zubin Potok, Zvecan and North Mitrovica, to be held on 21 April 2024.

In the CEC's announcement, only accredited observers from the Central Election Commission reportedly can monitor this voting process.

“The Central Election Commission announces the political subjects of the current mayors (The Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic Party of Kosovo, NGOs, government and intergovernmental organisations, specialised international organisations dealing with elections and human rights protections, the media, as well as representatives of foreign countries, have begun the deadline for handing over the demand to be accredited for monitoring the voting process for or against the departure of the mayors of Leposaviq, Zubin Potok, Zvecan and North Mitrovica, to be held on 21 April 2024x1, the report said.
