The 24-year-old footballer, who represented South Africa at the Tokyo Olympics, was waiting to serve when unknown armed men approached him, who ordered him out of the vehicle.
One of the suspects left the scene with Fleur's car after the shooting.
The suspects pointed to a firearm and pulled it out of his vehicle, then shot him on top of the body”, police spokesman Gauteng, Mavela Masondo, told local media.
