Ehat Miftaraj, director of the Kosovo Institute for Justice, has ironised with Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi and with top diplomat Donika Grovalla, saying the European Union should change its approach to them if it wants to benefit from their values.
He has continued to scoff at the Bislem of Gervala.
