64-year-old in Fushe Kosovo allegedly sexually molested his granddaughter, tells him he loves her as a wife

The signal has learned the sad details of what happened in the evening hours, in their family's home, when the suspect entered the victim's room.

Sources from the Prosecutor's Office have suggested that the 64-year-old is allegedly initially captured the victim for his clothes and tried to pull him, threatening him with a knife in his hand.

In order not to end with that, the suspect has turned to his granddaughter, telling him that he will take her as his wife, a situation that has disturbed the girl.

The same sources say the victim has managed to flee home, while the case has been denounced to the police.

As a result of the reporting, the suspect has been arrested and after the interview has been sent to the detention at the order of the State Attorney.

Otherwise, the suspect in this case is in danger of being sentenced to prison. According to the Code “anyone who sexually molests the other person, especially the person who is sensitive because of age, illness, disability, addiction, pregnancy, severe physical or mental disability is sentenced to fine or imprisonment for up to three (3) years. ”
