“NorCos” S.p.k., the company that has been opening for two months is expected to be the heedar of these 75 hectares.
According to the decision published by LDK's Ermal Sadiku, 75 hectares of state land are being given “aimed at implementing investments in Agriculture and Food Industry”.
The “Project includes: the development of a modern agro-buger complex through agricultural culture cultivation and trees with the aim of creating a stable and long-term economic model. On the surfaces required for exploitation will be planted: 20 ha elb; 10 ha of wheat; 20 ha of nuts...”, says in other terms.
We remember that in 2022, the Sunny Hill Festival had been canceled since Pristina's Municipal Parliament had voted the company “Sonny Hill” is given 17-hectare properties in Down Below Birnica for 99 years.
