His optimistic message has warmed the hearts of fans, who look forward to his return to the field.
After the successful operation, the 23-year-old shared a message on social networks, expressing his determination to return stronger.
The majority see obstacles, but few see opportunities. Ricperation has begun and I am coming back stronger! Thank you all for your email”, Saka said.
Saka, who is one of Arsenal's most important players this season, with 9 goals and 13 assistings in 24 matches, was damaged during the 5-1 win against Crystal Palace on December 21st. He left the field in the first part and was later seen leaving the stadium with crutches, raising concerns about the seriousness of the damage.
Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta confirmed after the 1-0 victory over Ipswich that Saka will be missing for “more than two months”, while his recovery will depend on the speed of impressive tissue recovery.
Arsenal fans have been unprepared in their support of the English national player, with thousands of messages wishing him quick recovery and triumphant return. Saka's message shows that he is facing this challenge with optimism and determination.
In the absence of Saka, Arsenal will face a difficult challenge to keep pace with the leading Liverpool, while the next match against Brentford is expected on January 1st. But, apparently, the player himself is ready to win the most important battle outside the field of recovery.
