Ismet Bahtyar makes agreement on admitting guilt

Ismet Bahitari has pleaded guilty to an accusation of obstruction and a charge of intimidation. The Hague's Specialised Chambers have indicated that this comes after similar agreements on admitting guilt published yesterday, where the other two defendants on the court case also pleaded guilty to these charges.
“The plea agreement is based on “accepted artifacts”, with what Mr. Bahhitari admits that some facts presented in the indictment would be confirmed beyond reasonable doubt and are true and accurate”.
Kosovo's “Procedure and Tests Director allows the Specialised Chambers of Kosovo to reach agreement on admitting guilt, which must be approved by the Judicial Chamber before it enters into force”.
The Judge's “Body is currently reviewing the deals for admission of guilt on this case”, states the statement.
Likewise today, Haxhi Shala has been found guilty regarding admitting guilt.
