FIFA apologises to Ukraine, but not to Kosovo

The Ukrainian Football Federation, through an announcement, has confirmed that FIFA has apologised to her and Ukraine for a concession it made at the drawout ceremony for the 2026 World Cup qualifications. It's about a map release, not placing the Crimea. [...]
It's about a map release, not placing Crime as part of Ukraine, writes Express.
This had sparked many reactions in Ukraine, which called for clarification from U. FIFA EFA for this scandal.
Ukraine, however, was not the only country to face such a scandal.
It was similar with Kosovo, which was viewed on the map as part of Serbia.
However, there has been no official response from Kosovo (until now), and thus FIFA has not apologised to Kosovo.
In an apology sent to the Federation of Ukraine, FIFA has apologised, saying it was an unintentional mistake.
“We fully understand the sensitive sensitivity of this issue and, while the incident was unintentional, we sincerely regret any concern it may have caused,” wrote the main association officer of FIFA members Elkhan Mammadov in a letter published Sunday by Ukraine's football body.
