(2 years ago)The European Union (BE) is expected to call on Kosovo to start work without any delay for the establishment of the Serb majority municipalities' association, said an EU enlargement document. The EU has prepared the conclusions for the bloc's enlargement, which would have to be approved on Tuesday, December 17th, at the [...] meeting.

In the draft of these conclusions, the EU also calls on Kosovo and Serbia to apply without delay agreements from dialogue and all other obligations, as well as to them that these roads of both states towards European integration depend on just these obligations.
The Council reiterates that the agreement on the road to normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia and the Annex for its implementation, adopted in February and March 2023, should be respected and implemented in general as soon as possible without preconditions, like all other obligations by the EU“, it is said in the document it has secured.
