Residents of downtown heard powerful explosions, after which fires broke out in several buildings, said Kiev military administration leader Serhiy Popko.
He said Russian forces had attacked with eight rockets, including hypersonic missiles, inzhal and ballistics Iskander in the attack, according to him.
Albania's Foreign Ministry condemned the attacks on the embassy as “brutal” and added that they placed “at risk of the life of diplomatic personnel”. According to the ministry, during the attack the Albanian Embassy suffered only material damage to the outside facade and in some of its internal spaces.

The Northern Macedonia Foreign Affairs Ministry also condemned the attack on the embassy building, where the Macedonian Embassy is located in Ukraine.
