Bedri Hamza for Pristina: capital's outer ring will be carried out with government financing, no matter what it costs

Hamza has said Pristina's foreign ring should be supported by government financing.

This would enable citizens to live in their municipalities, without being forced to leave. Otherwise, whole cities are emptied and then pressure falls on the capital and other cities around”, Hamza said.
