Hamza has said Pristina's foreign ring should be supported by government financing.
Whatever it costs will be financing from the central level. In addition, the capital needs to resolve the issue of transportation. I've been talking to field experts and they've recommended that the best solution is the 148x1> tram, Hamza said.
He said we have no balanced regional development.
Besides the fact that we are facing migration outside Kosovo, we have another phenomenon small cities are being emptied and the pressure is coming to Pristina”, he has said.
Hamza has said that small municipalities -- whoever is in the government -- should rule in the best way possible, but that they have limited resources to carry out major projects.
“Therefore, the central level, through the ministries of line and direct financing, should support municipalities, facilitating and improving lives in those areas. This would enable citizens to live in their municipalities, without being forced to leave. Otherwise, whole cities are emptied and then pressure falls on the capital and other cities around”, Hamza said.
