The event took place Sunday in Rimini and the whole scene of violence was seen by their one-year-old child.
They have been neighbours who have denounced the case, having heard screams from the Albanian family residence.
The young man was caught in a police rage, and the woman was with the baby in her arms.
She's been taken to the hospital and out of danger to life, while 29-year-old moved to the city prison.
