Bajrami said that Murati is not mentioning inflation because even if capital investments in 2017 amount to 600m euros, if these investments are indexed at the value of inflation, they are lower than in 2018.
Even if capital investments in 2024 total 600m euros, they're still smaller than those in 2018, because we've had 22% inflation. Let's assume you reach 600 million capital investments in 2024, but when we index them for the inflation rate, which is 22% in quantum for four years, the real value of 600 million is only 468m euros. This means that 2024 capital investments, in real terms, are lower than those in 2018, which were 530m euros”, it wrote on Facebook.
