Thermocos starts distributing bills to consumption

NP “U.S.A. Announcing all consumers, in particular those who have benefited consumer-based billing equipment, that it will begin with the distribution of the first bills based on spending heating.

From this weekend over 7,000 consumers will accept bills with an estimate based on heating expenses this month for each residential or business subject.

Through installed software and field inspections, some of our consumers have been found unauthorized intervention in installed devices, exchange of radiators, trying to block waves and so on, which has made the billing process difficult. All these interventions have been located and will be visited by our next-day teams to avoid any irregularities in maintenance of these devices, as well as to ensure a fair and precise process of billing.

The consumer fating process despite the difficulties that can accompany it at this start will be an unstoppable process, which in time will be possible for any family supplied with NP “thermocos”.

Each receipt contains supplementary clarifications, advice and instructions for saving heating energy.

From now on, the bills of all consumers who have benefited from the measurement equipment will depend on heating costs. So save the heat so that you have lower bills.
