The member of the Parliamentary Commission for Legislation, from the Vetevendosje ranks, Dimal Basha, said they wish the Court would remain independent and without political influence, but according to him, its decisions are showing that it is in battle with Government, not the Government with the tribunal.
We each democratic society discuss and debate all the decisions of constitutional courts, or the Supreme one in the case of America. So debate and commentary on decisions is not intervention in justice, rather, it is executive intervention when the Constitutional Court praises for reform, the government's exclusive competence! Finally, we also hope that the Court will remain independent and without political influence, but that unfortunately their decisions are showing that they are under influence and in battle with the government, not the government with the court!”, Basha told RTV21.

“should not interfere with the political system of justice because power is divided. The approach of the prime minister is wrong, which creates negative performance for the ruling state of negative performance creates even in relation to the international factor because we are demortic states and powers are divided. Proceeds to court go are sophisticated professionally that the country should always be meritive. The EU Office's response is completely fair because we have no right to change in the village”, Kadriu said.
Even at the Democratic Institute of Kosovo, the intervention in justice institutions and current government is a tendency to hide its failures for reform in justice.
The “Such declarations are unacceptable and extremely disturbing because it represents full and flagrant intervention in the independence of the work of independent institutions. The constitutional court is exercising its constitutional role. has tendency to challenge failures for reform realisation of justice”, Bugaqku
