Former Kosovo Football Federation Secretary-General Taulant Hodaj's post has warned CAS after U's decision EFA to give victory to the National of Romania.
Hodaj hopes decision U n The EFA will be changed by the CAS, as according to him they have presented sufficient evidence for UEFA to decide differently.
At other points, lawyer Hodaj has expressed happiness in U's decision EFA, adding that they will do their best to stop racism at the matches Kosovo plays.
Full response:
Romania's Football Federation is convicted of racist calls, xenophobic, discriminating, political messages and other unacceptable behaviour. UEFA has made a decision condemning the Romanian Football Federation to a fine of hundreds of thousands of euros and a match without fans, due to its behaviour, racist, xenophobic, political, discrimination and unacceptable to its fans, team and officials during the match against Kosovo.
This decision has also decided that the match's score will be 3:0 in Romania's favour. This part of the decision along with several other Romanian violations that have not yet been taken into account is considered to be changing in the CAS, Lausanne in favour of Kosovo because we have a large number of violations and already proven sentences against the Romanian Federation that should prove the end of the match, not the act of Kosovo footballers. It has been very challenging the situation after the session, but the fact that our players were right in their actions and calls “Kosovo is Serbia” and “Serbia” was sentenced by the U EFA, and on the other side of the eagle's hand was not condemned, makes me feel good about this part because most of the complaints prepared by the legal team I The WEK has been approved. The NFF's complaint, which included clear evidence and irrefutable arguments, has played a key role in putting the Romanian side's responsibility for racist language, hatred and discrimination. In the future, we must actively continue to complain and ask that W EFA not allow racism in football fields under any circumstances. This decision is only a battle for Kosovo football, but also an example that justice can be achieved through the dedication of footballers, engagement and professional preparation of the legal team. I, as my lawyer and legal office Hodaj & Partners, Law Fire, are happy that with commitment and legal expertise we came to testify that Kosovo's right and dignity and Kosovo athletes will be protected in every international instance. These sentences against Romania reinforce the importance of fighting discrimination and racism in football and elsewhere. For the rest of the decision about the outcome, we will do our best to change even the outcome of the match and to toughen the sentences against the Romanian Federation and everyone else who tries to do something like this in proportion to Kosovo and its football players.
