Mourinho welcomes Ronaldo to Istanbul for dinner

It has been reported in recent days that Cristiano Ronaldo wants a return to Europe.

Ronaldo, currently playing at Al-Nasr in Saudi Arabia, was connected to several European clubs.

But, more importantly, 39-year-old Portuguese was linked to a Istanbul transition to Fenerbahce, where coach Jose Mourinho is.

Ronaldo and Mourinho had a good relationship as part of Real Madrid, working together for three years.

However, a passage into Fenerbahce has already denied Jose Mourinho himself.

He has said that the only way Ronaldo can come to Istanbul is if they dine together, because Istanbul is in the middle of Portugal and Saudi Arabia.

“Cristiano can come to Istanbul to try food because this country is right between Saudi Arabia and Portugal. Or he can take his private plane and come see his old friend José Morainho here, where we can eat at my hotel. As for those who say he's going to play for Fenerbahce, they either don't know what they're writing or they're happy with the funny news they're spreading”, Mouriinho said.

Morainho is part of Fenerbahce since June.
