Citizens have had opportunities to see the Kosovo Security Force's military capacities and capabilities demonstrated.
The KSF has been visited and by the country's prime minister, Albin Kurti, who has said that compared to previous years, the KSF today has more budgets and more weapons.
“Armat, ammunition, which is constantly increasing for the number as well as for the type. If we compare it to previous years with our governance we have double the number of soldiers, we have triple budgets, we have fourfold of training abroad. And we have multiple weapons and ammunition. Arming is purchased from NATO, US, Turkey, Germany, the United Kingdom and others. Our strength is constantly strengthening, and in this case the Republic” is strengthening, Kurti said.
While, Defence Minister Ejup Macedonia said it is marking many steps in improving infrastructure for the KSF.
“Today we are also marking it with one step in completing the infrastructure, the beginning of the military industry. Kosovo will have the first ammunition plant and the laboratory for fears”, he said.
