KKP and KPSH react to promotional, biased, propaganda and lynching remarks by Deputy Justice Minister Blerim Saqu
Pristina, November 12th 2025 Kosovo's Prosecutor's Council and the State Prosecutor's Office react strongly to the comments of Deputy Justice Minister Blerim Sa Godi, made Facebook, calling it Special Prosecutor “criminal organisation”, noting that such statements create uncertainty about their prosecutors and families because they have extremely stimulating, biased, propaganda and lynching restraint against this prosecutor and her prosecutors.
KKP and Z The NKP, states that instead of the deputy minister Sa God is committed and has maximum commitment, will and increased capacity-building initiatives, through increasing the budget of the prosecutorial system for 2025, the same is put in line with systematic attacks on prosecutors, prosecutors and the entire prosecutorial system, forgetting his duty and responsibilities to deal with the issues of advance and empowerment of capacity through budgetary division, which would meet the necessary needs for performing jobs, whose lack creates barriers and presents major challenges to institutional responsibilities.
These two independent institutions say they will never stop before public lynching of such political exhibitors, who have targeted the Special Prosecutor and have been exposed to denigrative offensives to the general values of the prosecutorial system, engaging shamelessly in the independent work of the State Prosecutor, which inevitably contradicts the laws in power and the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
We also underline that the work, responsibility, competence and mission of prosecutors and state prosecutors are not the question of the will and the words of specific individuals and will always remain outside any agenda of daily policy and will not tolerate the realization of the goals of Mr. Sauni, because the State Prosecutor daily and more, is intensifying concrete commitments to lighting up all cases, including cases against suspected officials who are in power, by not avoiding the mission and independence of the Kosovo Republic's prosecutorial system.
