The German technician stressed that Racism has no place in football and became clear once again that Kosovo is Kosovo.
He did this statement during the speech attended by Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, along with Culture, Restart and Sports Minister Hajrullah Ceku.
National coach Franco Foda expressed gratitude for the support of the Government and highlighted the importance of solidarity at such times:
” It's important to us that we have your support. I believe it was the right decision at that moment. For us it is not important that we decide UEFA, but our decision has been more important. Most importantly, the statement of players that Kosovo is Kosovo is, and that's what's worth most, and that racism has no place in the stadium. For this it is important that a small state like Kosovo remain united, and we certainly need your support at this moment”, Foda has declared.
Kosovo on Monday holds its latest edition match in the League of Nations, where at the”Fadil Vokri” stadium in Pristina, awaits Lithuania's national.
