According to the criminal report presented to the Special Prosecutor on November 12th, 2024, Telekom officials are recorded at the Special Prosecutor for Misfortification of the task for a certain case, as well as violation of the work relationship.

Otherwise, Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has authorised the Kosovo Police Economic Crimes Unit to investigate dozens of negotiated (one-source) contracts in this public enterprise, which their value amounts to 20m euros.

Periscop has reported on all these contracts, which this has prompted Kosovo Telecom's Finance Director to make a scandalous response to the prosecution calling it criminal organisation.

Kelmendi's reaction has also been restored by Deputy Justice Minister Blerim Saifu, who sparked numerous reactions to the outlook.
