But without taking 24 hours to launch the works, the Pristina municipality has faced the first obstacles from the state.
This is because the Institute for Protection of Monuments claims that part of the parcel in this area is theirs, and the municipality has no permission for exploitation.
The Pristina municipality has not stopped the work in Arberi's section, while the works have been suspended on the across track and on the road.
The Institute for Protection of Monuments has said there is no favour on their part for the project.
Reported that the recommendation for halting the works has been given by the Ministry of Culture and Sports.
