Trial Continues Against Former KLA Leaders

In The Hague today, the next witness to the Specialised Prosecutor's Office will continue. Procuro Sylvia Déscoli has announced that witnesses are scheduled to witness during this .jave.
According to her first witness today, there will be W04485 and there will be three video-connected witnesses. Following that is expected to be witness to W04295 and witness W04759.
The last witness, Nuredin Ibishi, on Thursday 24th, faced statements he previously gave to the Prosecutor, he said he never remembers saying Jakup Krasniqi was commander. Ibishi said the KLA had no commander, so how can it say something that is in existence?
According to the Specialised Chambers Calendar, the trial “Thaci and others” are expected to be held this week, RTKlive reports.
Remember that in Kosovo's Specialised Chambers ( In The Hague on Thursday, it became known that the decision was made so that on November 14th 2017 will begin the trial in the case against Sabit Januzi, Ismet Bahitari and Haxhi Shala.
By contrast, the court case -- hahim Thaci and others -- began on April 3, 2023 with the opening statements of the Specialised Prosecutor and the representative of the victims, followed by defence teams on April 4th and April 5, 2023.
We remember that the Specialised Prosecutor's Office, on September 30th, 2022, has handed over the confirmed amended indictment against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi, which consists of ten points on charges, where the latter are charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity.
