The Pristina Foundation Court has interrupted Edin Navzad's detention measure, which is suspected as one of the group's managers at the telegram “AlbKings”, from which women and girls were being denigrate.
The news has confirmed for “Justice Trust” Pristina's Constitutional Court, announcing that the release of the same has been made after Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor's request.
“For your announcement of 17.10.2024 courts has accepted from the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina the request to cut the detention measure in the criminal case against E.N. defendants. The prosecution has informed the court that it has come to a conclusion, which against defendants E. They have not ceased the causes for which the detention measure has been established, since the same in the presence of his protector according to authorisation, has reached the plea agreement with the prosecution, and the defendant has also given the correct address of residence in the Republic of Kosovo, where his family are, and has promised that by the end of the criminal procedure, each time you are required on the part of the Prosecution and Court”, you are said to answer the Foundation.
According to the Court, the suspects Navzadi the detention measure has not been replaced by any other measure, since there has been no request from the prosecution.

The suspect Navzad was arrested on April 17th 2024, under suspicion that he committed criminal work “access to identity and credentials”.

NN yet unidentified, has offered and distributed to third persons without access to photos and videos of the AA victim, and the number of injured BB phone, as if the same offers sexual services.
