Come here rabbit, I'm talking to you...” How the judge in the capital was tried for many months, the denouncing that brought the author behind bars

A judge has been persecuted for several months by Ardit Bajrami, a citizen of Tirana.

In the file Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha has found details of this event, coupled with an addiction of concerns.

Judge, First Stairway Court Kukes, with initial A. P., concerned several times by the author, has decided to press charges.

But how did the whole story begin:

The file explains that Ardit Bajrami had repeatedly threatened the judge, though he did not recognise him.

The first conflict took place in 2020, in the early days of December, where the persecutor began speaking.

Come on over here, rat, I'm talking to you. ”, the first words the accused said.

The judge has denounced him in Tirana for declaring he lives here, while persecution has continued for long.

Four months later he's been back with this guy who's been coming back with the same ones.

“This is the prosecutor at Bajram Curr”, the author said, while pointing his finger at the judge.

The last episode has been dated 20,09,2023, where Ardit Bajrami is addressed with these words:

Be careful, prosecutor” says the file, and afterward the denouncing has come.

The judge has claimed that this was a concern for him and his family, so he decided to sue at 22,09,2023.

Ardit Barjam has been sentenced to 8 months in prison, while the Court of Appeals of General Jurydiction Tirana has decided to associate with test services. /tch/
