Police seize documents and computers, complete action at the Ministry of Environment

Police officials have confiscated many documents and computers from the Ministry's offices.

While the Kosovo Special Prosecutor has confirmed that during today's morning at the Ministry of Environment there are two people suspected of committing criminal acts related to misuse of official duty, money laundering and non-reporting or false reporting of wealth, income, gift, benefit or financial obligations.

You inform me that by order of the Special Prosecutor of Kosovo, an action is under way in MMPHI. There are two people suspected of committing criminal acts linked to misuse of official duty by Article 414. KKP, money laundering from Article 302 KKP's and the criminal offence of non-reporting or false reporting of property, income, gift, other material benefits or financial obligations, from Article 430, KKP 2 paragraph”.
