Pay increases in January, Jasharaj: It's campaign.

Gjerman Jasharaj, chairman of the United Trade Union of Education, Science and Culture of Kosovo (SBASHK), has said they have been demanding a raise since September and that the rise warned for January is unacceptable. During the day, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has declared that by 2025 there will be increased salaries in the public sector. He said ahead of the media on Tuesday that a public official who currently has a 5.6 wage coefyctor would become 6.1 in July 6.6.
“All employees in the public sector will increase wages by 55 euros between January and 110 euros by July. The full annual cost of this increase will be 120m euros”, Kurti has declared.
In this regard, the head of the SBASK at the Discriminating Meeting organised by the Kosovo Institute for Justice, where the report “The lack of Macedonian contracting fail to provide social dialogue and collective protection of workers”, said this increase is unacceptable, the oath of justice writes.
As far as growth is concerned, we have nothing official, but we have insisted on Mr. Kurti and Murati's rise to be in September that's gone, be at least this October and be at least 30%. Because the promotions that took place earlier this year out of 105-110 were ironic, because in pre-university education, they provided a 28-euro increase and I'm saying that man is ashamed of a neighbouring country because part of the states are not very friendly. And what do you want us to say to someone is that the state raised 28 euros in our salary when in other countries it reached 900 and a thousand. This growth in January and they're like in Pec that's going to be words “a is giving me some wine stuff”. In January, whatever is done is campaigning and such an increase now to go 50 euros by 20 euros is not acceptable for us”, Jasharaj said.
He said they will insist on rising at least 30% given the price hikes, according to him these “50 euros” are like having it in his pocket and that such ones will not receive it. He said the prime minister has had to make the move since October.
Mrs. Nagavci has to communicate with us directly because we are the ones who on behalf of membership have submitted the contract draft. Her statement that there is no contract, mathematically, means there may be very easily union actions and blameful Mrs. Nagavci”, Jasharaj said.
