NFFK reacts after “Dardians' scandal --” following the Cyprus match

The Kosovo Football Federation has condemned the actions of the chairman of “Dardians”, Lulzim Berisha, after the match between Kosovo and Cyprus ended.

The NFF considers that the apology that took place against the captain and football players marks the closure of an accidental case of the moment, in hopes that this case will link even more football players and fans.

“Federata has conveyed the case in question and in principle always stands on the side of national team football players, showing support and seeking respect for them. Beyond this Federation, it deeply appreciates and expresses its thanks to all the fans and viewers who follow and support the national team, but it calls on them to show respect for the footballers of our national team, but also for all the other players of the match, including the opposing team”, it is said in the reaction of the FF.

Except the fans, The WFK has also delivered a message to footballers, guiding them to respect fans.

“We and national team football players understand correctly and towards the response of fans, but at the same time we will not allow reactions to violate respect for any member of the national team. At the same time, The FFK requires all its members, including national team football players, to show due respect for all the fans and viewers who come to support the national without condition, to the maximum extent that the capital of the stadium allows, because it's those who give emotion to the football game. The national team is all of Kosovo, so we love it and support it each by making the contribution from its angle”, said the FFC response.

The chairman of the “Dardians”, Lulzim Berisha, was said to have offended Captain Amir Nhmman after the match. At first Berisha had denied it, but he had later apologized for the incident.
