Pristina's Foundation Court has continued the detention move for two months too (each separately) Korab Gashi, Valdrin Ademi, Robert Llumnica, Salih Sekirakiqes and Fatos Abaz, suspected of the assassination of Premim Gashi, on September 1st in the Aktash neighbourhood in Pristina.
The news of “Justice Vow” has confirmed the tribunal's spokeswoman for information, Mirlinda Gashi.
With the date 01.10.2024 The Constitutional Court in Pristina -- the Randa Crime Department -- has approved the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Pristina for continuing the detention measure, in the criminal case against indictees K.G. V. A, R. LL, S.S. and F.A. Defendants K.G., V. A, R. LL, S.S. and F.A. were continued detention measures in length of (2) months each, which will last from the date 02.10.2024 to the date 02.12.24”, says Gashi's response.
Otherwise, in this case, Vesel Bunnjak, suspected of evidence manipulation, has also been arrested on September 11, 2024. The same is also found under detention.
