Kosovo's football representative in Tuesday's match against Cyprus will be without the main midfielder.
The NFFK has announced on Sunday that because of cartoons, Elvis Regbecaj, there is no right to presentation on Kosovo towards Cyprus. Rajbecaj, now the midfielder of Kosovo's game, has been punished with yellow card in matches with Romania and Lithuania.
Guardian Andy Hoti, meanwhile, has been released from the rally and joined Kosovo U21 for the match to Estonia.
