CNN has reported that the Israeli Army has indicated it will continue to protect the state and the people.
“The Defence Force will continue to protect the state of Israel and its people against the threat voiced by the terrorist organisation Hezbollah”, said in the response released.
Because of Israel's air defense, Hezbollah's air strikes end with few victims or at all. The missile attack on Sunday came after Israel struck southern Lebanon with air strikes.
The Israeli Army has in advance issued an evacuation warning for parts of southern and eastern Lebanon.
